 In order to help you get the most out of your Federal Tax Rebate while supporting the local economy, we've launched the 10/15 Discount Program. With the 10/15 discount card, you can take advantage of discounts and special offers at a wide variety of local merchants and businesses.

You should receive a 10/15 Program postcard in the mail in early May. Cut the card out from the postcard and show it to any of the participating merchants to receive the discount they are offering for the promotion. We are encouraging all Albany residents to spend at least $100 of their Tax Rebate check at an Albany business they have not used before. If for some reason you do not receive the discount card, you may pick them up at the Albany Chamber of Commerce office (1108 Solano Avenue) or from the Solano Avenue Association. We want everyone who lives or works in Albany to have a discount card, so tell your friends about the program!
We're making it easy to donate rebate money to local non-profit and charitable organizations. Check back soon for a list of local organizations that would be happy to receive your donation.
The Recycle Your Rebates program is a joint effort of the City of Albany, the Solano Avenue Association, the Albany Chamber of Commerce and Mechanics Bank. We are proud to offer this program to the residents and business community of Albany.
