Gathering Tribes Woman-Owned Business of the Year

Pennie Opal Plant, owner of Gathering Tribes Gallery, has been chosen the 2009 Albany Woman-Owned Business of the Year by the Women’s Initiative for Self-Employment. Women business owners from each city in Alameda County will be honored at a dinner at the Claremont Hotel on Monday, November 9 from 5:30-8:30 p.m..
