Albany Centennial Banner Sponsorship ProgramThe Albany Chamber of Commerce is delighted to join the City of Albany and the Albany Historical Society in offering the Albany Centennial Street Banner Sponsorship Program. This is your opportunity to increase the visibility of your business by having your name or business name displayed beneath one of the attractive centennial banners that will be installed along Buchanan, San Pablo and Solano Avenues. These beautiful banners will be installed in Spring 2008, just in time for the official Albany Centennial that occurs in September 2008. Events organized by the City and the Historical Society will be taking place throughout the year. All banner sponsorships have been funded. Thanks for your interest! Program DetailsThe Albany Chamber of Commerce is undertaking this banner program in conjunction with the City of Albany, and the Albany Historical Society. Albany Chamber members get first offering of the banner sponsorships. Quantities are limited, and in December 2007 any remaining sponsorships will be offered to non-members. An individual, family, business or organization may apply for sponsorship. Each sponsor’s name will be included at the bottom of the banner. Banner sponsorship in 2008 is $150 per banner side, or $300 for both sides of one banner. The term of this sponsorship is for one year from the date the banners are installed with the option to renew for one year. Demand may require the Chamber to limit the number of banners per sponsor. Banner photograph and location are at the discretion of the Albany Chamber of Commerce; installation is projected for spring 2008. The banners will belong to the Albany Chamber of Commerce. With the sponsorships sold, we are now in the process of planning and printing the banners. We hope to have the first banners in place in early April. |
